Please note that we do not ship to the following addresses:

Shipping Carrier
Most orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) to ensure reliable and secure delivery.
For addresses that cannot be served by UPS, we will use USPS (United States Postal Service) as an alternative carrier.
How Do I Ensure a Smooth Delivery?

II. Order Status & Tracking

V. Inspection & Reporting of Damaged Shipments
Please Inspect Your Package Upon Delivery
Due to the value of Seestar products, we strongly recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any visible damage or deformation to the package:

After Signing for the Package
Once the shipment has been signed for (either by you or an authorized representative), the order is considered accepted in terms of package condition, quantity, and contents.
