Seestar TH10 hydraulic tripod head is specially designed for use with Seestar smart telescopes in equatorial mode. It is also compatible with most SLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, video cameras, and more.

Made of durable full-metal construction, Seestar TH10 tripod head is compatible with most tripods and accessories on the market. It comes with a quick-release plate that supports both 3/8" and 1/4" screws.

With a self weight of 411g, this tripod head can carry a large payload of 5kg.

Note: The TC20 + S50 setup is not supported in regions with a latitude below 15° when used in equatorial mode.

    Seestar TH10 is a compact hydraulic tripod head, with a height of just 84mm and a weight of only 411g. The base diameter is 50mm. Made from CNC-machined aluminum alloy, it offers a premium feel and enhanced durability, all while being incredibly lightweight. Perfectly designed for use with the Seestar smart telescope in equatorial mode.

Hydraulic Damping System

    Featuring an ergonomic hydraulic damping system, the Seestar TH10 tripod head makes polar alignment smoother than you expect. With just a light touch, you can easily adjust the pan and tilt scale, making it perfect for beginners!

Wide Range of Shooting angles

    Seestar TH10 tripod head supports 360° pan and -90° to 90° tilt, offering moderate damping for smooth adjustments and stable control. I like it

The Tripod Head works great with my S30 in EQ mode. Easy to adjust, smooth and stable. The only issue is that the pan adjustment lock knob interferes with the tripod mount so one must take care in affixing the head to the tripod.

Super fun and enthused! One of my favorite things about the S30 is its portability. It’s small and lightweight enough to take almost anywhere, yet it delivers impressive results for its size. Tripod and mount are easy to set up and use. Took a little while to understand the steps to adjust the mount for equatorial mode but I eventually figured it out.

It is still in the testing period.

I have used it very little and I still cannot give a definitive opinion. I have seen that 60-second exposures seem too optimistic, but less time might yield good results. I can't blame the equipment until I do more testing. The product quality is very good. Ultimately, I think it will bring me a lot of satisfaction.

Seestar Tripod Head

I have really enjoyed using my Seestar S50 and was excited about this tripod head. Unfortunately, the directions are not clear, particularly regarding the correct use of the knobs. I'm having difficulty setting the vertical axis (azimuth) when trying to get polar deviation. It would be helping to provide a troubleshooting page on your website/blog. When looking online, most of the videos I see online are for another brand and not the TH10.

Works fine

Works fine, quality seems good. Bit expensive given that you may make it without.. consider if you can not use something you allready got to tilt the seestar: What impressed me was how good the seestar polar alignment callibration worked: I probably could used some of my photo mounts. But nice to have a dedicated mount :)

Even though i already had an adapted tripod head for my Seestar I really wanted to have the real Seestar model. I love how small it is and that it came with adapter screw inserts. It is proving to be very good.

Almost perfect

To overall object's quality is good, the rotation's precision is really great, but the precision on the vertical axis is difficult to achieve.
Maybe I just don't understand how to use it, but I didn't see any video on how to setup it correctly, it would be better to have screws to rotate the vertical axis.
In the meantime, achieving the setup is quite difficult on the vertical axis.
Otherwise, good experience :)

I was aware that ZWO were about to release this fluid head to enable EQ mode on the Seestar S50, so waited for it rather than buy another brand & have to adapt it. It makes the whole process very easy & I would highly recommend the TH10.

Il TH10 funziona ma non è nulla di eccezzionale.

Si, funziona, ma mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio dalla ZWO. Il TH10 è molto caro e si trovano prodotti praticamente identici alla metà del prezzo. L'attaco alla base avrebbe dovuto essere progettato per il seestar s50 o s30, non per una macchina fotografica qualsiasi. Sinceramente sono stato un po deluso dopo l'acquisto. Per gli altri prodotti nulla da dire sono tutti ottimi e ben progettati.
